1. Implementation Officer

Job Description:

  • Implement software solutions on client premises.

  • Provide training to clients on various modules of the software.

  • Understand and address client-specific needs during implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in Management preferred).

  • Basic understanding of Hotel and Restaurant operations.

  • Proficiency in office productivity software (MS Office Suite).

  • Accounting knowledge is an added advantage.

  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.


2. Support Officer

Job Description:

  • Provide online and offline support to clients on different software modules.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client queries effectively.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of Hotel and Restaurant operations.

  • Proficiency in office productivity software (MS Office Suite).

  • Accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
